We have helped many of our customers to develop new and challenging products by being there for them at the beginning of the project to offer manufacturing support. We can have one of our technical staff work with your engineering/design team to offer valuable input into the manufacturability of parts before drawings and designs are finalized. This may be in the form of material suggestions or simple things like the size a corner radius that will allow a machine to run faster. In some cases we have been able to combine multiple parts into one piece, and in many cases we have saved our customers both time and money by being there with our expertise when they need us.

We can give you the Rapid Prototyping that you need because we can commit the resources needed to get that valuable “Need it Yesterday” prototype fast. All we need from you is a drawing or CAD file of the part and a contact person, usually the engineer or designer, that can be reached to quickly answer any questions we may have as we proceed.
