	At Micron precision our forte is high precision, high-speed milling. With 10 MAZAK machining centers we know that we can give our customers superior quality products at competitive prices delivered on time. Our programmers work with your drawings or electronic files (IGES) to produce the 2-D, 3-D and surfacing CNC programs that are necessary to turn your ideas into hard reality. If our programmers find dimensions or feature conflicts they will call your designers with recommendations to resolve the issues.
	Looking for a Prototype or a Production run? From prototype to high volume production runs our equipment mix allows us to give you what you need, with several pallet changing machines in house we can “run lights out unattended” to generate cost savings for our customers or we can dedicate a machine and operator to manufacture that rush prototype that you need a.s.a.p. and the prototype we supply is a fully functional ready to use component not simply a concept model.
	Looking for turning capacity? Why? We have several customers that require parts that would traditionally have been made on a lathe, our expertise with milling has enabled us to develop techniques that allow us to produce complicated parts on our mills that would normally have been made on a lathe. So it doesn’t matter what shape you design chances are we can machine it for you.
